Terms of Service Agreement for SedaGlobal Inc. Services
This agreement is entered into between SedaGlobal Inc., registered in Ontario, Canada (“Provider”), and the Customer (“User”) and governs the use of all services provided by the Provider. Acceptance and compliance with the following terms are required for service use.
Article 1: Definition of Services
The Provider offers various services, including but not limited to Virtual Private Server (VPS), Dedicated Server services, and other IT-related solutions, as per the technical specifications and terms agreed upon in the contract.
The services must only be used for lawful purposes in compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction of operation and applicable international regulations.
Article 2: Provider Obligations
The Provider is committed to maintaining the necessary infrastructure to deliver services.
The Provider bears no responsibility for damages resulting from the User’s misuse of the services.
The Provider will notify the User of any potential service interruptions due to maintenance or repairs.
Article 3: User Obligations
The User agrees to use the services exclusively for lawful and authorized purposes.
It is prohibited to send illegal content, engage in hacking activities, send spam, or perform any other unauthorized actions.
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and preventing misuse of the services.
Article 4: Service Suspension
The User’s service may be temporarily or permanently suspended under the following circumstances:
Using the service for illegal purposes (e.g., cyberattacks, spamming, hosting prohibited content).
Violating intellectual property rights or copyright laws.
Excessive use of server resources negatively affecting other users.
Failure to pay service fees within the specified timeframe.
Engaging in activities that threaten the security or performance of the network infrastructure.
Article 5: Service Termination
In cases of suspension or termination due to violation of these terms, the Provider is not obligated to refund any fees.
The User may terminate their service by providing written notice and complying with the agreed terms.
Article 6: Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from temporary service outages or potential defects.
The User is solely responsible for any misuse of the service.
Article 7: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent legal authorities.
Article 8: Changes to the Agreement
The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement, and changes will be communicated to the User. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Signature and Approval:
By signing or approving this agreement, the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined above.
